Adapated from MindBodyGreen, this protein shake with the powerful anti-inflammatory spices turmeric and cinnamon is great as a post-workout recovery shake.

Blend together:

• 8-12 oz unsweetened coconut, almond, or hemp milk
• 1 serving Alter+Whey
• 1/2 tsp organic turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp organic Ceylon cinnamon powder
• Dash of vanilla extract
• 2 drops liquid stevia
