What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship Alter+Rations to the U.S. and Canada.  If you are in another country and would like to order our products, please contact us so that we can research whether we’re able to ship to you.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.  Priority Mail will deliver within the continental U.S. in 1-3 business days.  Total time 2-5 business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept PayPal, which allows you to pay using your PayPal account or any credit card.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

What if the product doesn’t work for me?

If you aren’t satisfied with your Alter+Rations for any reason, you can return the unused portion for a full refund of the product purchase price (shipping not included).

If you would like to return a product, please contact us for return authorization and shipping info.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to change or cancel your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain U.S. Postal Service tracking info.
