1. Blend together in high-speed blender until smooth:

1 cup canned organic coconut milk

4 oz. orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)

1 clove garlic

1-2 tsp minced fresh ginger root

1 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder
