Ingredients
- 1 bunch Swiss chard
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
- Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- After washing the chard, remove the thickest part of the ribs and discard, then cut leaves crosswise into one-inch strips.
- Add chopped ginger to skillet and sauté 2 minutes.
- Add chard and cook until the greens wilt slightly.
