This recipe is adapted from I Am Grateful, the un-cook book from Cafe Gratitude, a raw food restaurant formerly in San Francisco. Adding Alter+Whey gives it a customizable protein boost. You could try having this for breakfast, or as a between-meal snack high in protein and healthy fats.
Ingredients:

1 apple, chopped

1 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 serving Alter+Whey
Preparation:

Shake or blend Alter+Whey into coconut milk.

Put all ingredients into a blender.

Blend to desired consistency, blending smooth or leaving chunky.
